Who we are
EdgeGraph AI ("we", "the app") is a content studio application hosted at graficom.uk. It generates animated sports momentum charts, renders them as short vertical videos, and publishes them to the operator's own EdgeGraph AI YouTube channel. The app is operated by the owner of that channel and is not offered as a service for connecting third-party Google accounts.
Google user data we access
With the channel owner's explicit OAuth consent, the app uses the YouTube Data API to:
- upload rendered videos to the operator's own YouTube channel;
- read and update the metadata of those videos — titles, descriptions, tags, visibility and scheduled publish times.
The only Google account that can be connected to the app is the operator's own account. The app never accesses, requests or stores Google user data belonging to anyone other than the operator.
How we use and store that data
- OAuth tokens are stored on the operator's own infrastructure, are used solely to perform the actions listed above, and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Video metadata is used only to publish and schedule the operator's own content. It is not sold, shared, transferred to third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
- No Google user data is used to train machine-learning models.
EdgeGraph AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
App account data
The chart studio at graficom.uk/app uses email-and-password accounts for its operators. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Account data is used solely to authenticate access to the studio and is never shared.
Cookies
The studio uses a session cookie strictly for authentication. The public pages of this site set no tracking or advertising cookies.
Data retention and deletion
OAuth tokens and studio account data are kept only for as long as they are needed to operate the pipeline. To request deletion of any data, or to ask any question about this policy, contact us at the address below; requests are honoured within 30 days.
